Job Information
Position starting pay: $36.48/hr. The initial review of applications will begin starting the week of February 17, 2025. Applications received before the initial review date will be considered, with qualifying applicants being eligible to participate in the phone screen process.

Position Summary
Under general direction coordinates the activities and operations of multiple housing communities.   Oversees day to day operations of assigned properties, including customer relations, eligibility, re-certifications, lease and program compliance, office management and maintenance operations. Responsible for property and building maintenance programs in the assigned service area, and coordinates assigned activities with other Housing Authority programs, outside agencies, and the general public. In addition to assigned portfolio, assists Sr. Regional Manager with general oversight of administrative and maintenance operations of entire portfolio.

Day-to-Day Glimpse: The activities will vary daily. Reviewing performance reports, monitoring tenant satisfaction, addressing tenant complaints, overseeing maintenance supervisors across multiple sites (From Barstow to Chino). Ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, analyzing occupancy and collaborating with the leasing team to fill vacancies and the maintenance to ensure timely vacancy turns.
