Location: 503 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215

Hours: 35 hours, exempt

Salary: $58,000-$65,000 / Year (Based on relevant experience and education)

Job Summary of Social Workers: The Brooklyn Transitions Program is a specialized borough-wide prevention program for families challenged by substance use and/or mental health issues. The Social Worker/Case Worker provides home-based, intensive, strength-based, comprehensive services using the Solution-Based Casework (SBC) framework.

Skills
Master's Degree Required (Must be relevant field Psychology; Social Work; Mental Health Counselling etc.)

Child welfare experience preferred
