Description Shore Staffing, Inc., Maryland's Eastern Shore healthcare provider, is dedicated to exceptional mental health services. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW-C) to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: Join our youth centers as an LCSW-C, providing therapy sessions for youth, individuals, families, and groups. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral health challenges and make a positive community impact. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide therapeutic interventions for youth, individuals, families, and groups. Advocate for patients and coordinate with external agencies. Collaborate with the team to integrate social work perspectives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development. Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience with youth. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland. Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. Contract Details: Duration: 12 Months Compensation: $78 per hour Hours: Monday- Friday: 10am-6:30pm, 11am-7:30pm or 1pm-9:30pm Rotating weekends is required- 9am-5:30pm | ||||||||||||||||||||
