The Center for Autism & Related Services is highly recognized in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. As a multi-disciplinary non-public agency, we serve exceptional (special needs) children and individuals (ages 2-21 years) in their school & home environments through district contracts (Los Angeles Unified School District) and various private and Medi-Cal insurances. Our services continue to be provided within LAUSD public schools, home settings, community settings and now offering center based services in our state of the art facility. Training for staff providing behavior intervention within the school & home setting is ongoing & provided by supervisors, licensed clinicians, and board certified behavioral analysts. Therapeutic and behavioral methodologies utilized by C.A.R.S. staff are evidenced based and research driven. They include Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, and Pivotal Response Training.
