RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct pre-admission sessions to complete psychosocial assessments, determine eligibility, and establish diagnoses.
Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy to children, adults, and families.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each client.
Complete progress notes and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain appropriate case records, statistical reports, and other required documentation.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, family members, school staff, and community providers to coordinate client care.
Develop discharge and aftercare plans and make referrals to appropriate agencies as needed.
Participate in ongoing training, staff conferences, and team meetings.
Attend weekly clinical supervision (required).
Engage in self-reflection and active learning throughout the supervisory process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an active LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT license.
1-3 years of experience providing therapy to children and/or adults.
Experience with assessment, diagnosis, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work evenings and/or at least one weekend day.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
Ability to assess crisis situations and implement appropriate interventions.
Must pass a background check.
