Clinical Supervision is available for MSW team members towards accessing licensure, after they have received their required permit. All hours received during weekly supervision can be counted towards the applicant’s requirements for licensure.

About the Program
Graham Windham’s Intensive Prevention Program combines the Solution-Based Casework (SBC) method and the evidence-based Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) modality to promote child safety and well-being, reduce risks to children and youth, and prevent foster care placement.
About the Position
The Program Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to Unit Case Planners in the implementing of the Goals and Objectives of the cases and to ensure responsive action is taken for clients needs, accurate and prompt communication with other agencies and regulatory bodies: provides first line response to clients in the case of emergencies, and provide direct casework as required; maintains a current understanding of regulatory requirements and agency polices and ensures compliance and a good standard of performance for assigned staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Administrative Program Supervisor will attend agency meetings in the absence of the Program Director. To work with the Program Director in making outreach to outside community agencies, establishing effective communication with ACS, and providing direction to all of the staff members. To participate in activities sponsored by the agency and that are of benefit to families in the program.
Agency Wide Duties and Responsibilities:
o Provide ongoing management direction and support to staff, ensuring correct implementation of Agency policies and procedures.
o Provide supervision and coaching to assigned caseworkers, enabling them to provide appropriate and consistent services through ongoing training and skills development.
o Ensure that efficient administrative procedures are in place within the unit.
o Provides client consultation and participates in management meetings, agency committees, and interdisciplinary conferences as assigned.
o Provides direct casework services to more challenging cases in order to accommodate family and program needs.
o Attends regularly scheduled supervision, and courses and seminars for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing social work and supervisory skills.
o Assist with Family Team conferences (FTC) facilitation as needed.
o Responds to client emergencies within or outside of office hours; maintains cell coverage as needed.
