Requirements:
Immanuel is seeking providers who have an active professional license issued by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences: PSY.D, PHD, LCSW, LMFT, and LPCC. Providers who are looking to expand their private practice or build a private practice are strongly desired.
The providers will provide weekly evidenced based individual and/or group therapy in person or via telehealth.
Office space will be provided when needed.
Paid rate is based on the CPT code and type of service which can range from $55-110 per service hour. Maintain records and data by (i) the legal and ethical standards of practice established by the California Board of Behavioral Science (BBS), (ii) the Licensing Laws of the Business and Professions Code, and (iii) the Provider’s official affiliated professional counseling associations.
Provide short-term weekly psychotherapy services to children, adults, couples, families and the geriatric population.
Submits weekly documentation and paperwork including therapy notes, client service logs, treatment plans, progress notes, assessments and intake summaries.
Continually assesses the needs and symptoms of clients, formulating diagnosis, gathering history, and determining the most appropriate method(s) of providing treatment.
Maintains confidentiality of information regarding clients, families, and operations of the group.
