The Clinical Coordinator has two major area of responsibility as follows:
1) to assist and assume (when needed) the program responsibilities of the Program Director in the event of his/her absence.
2) Perform general case management duties, providing supportive counseling and social services to a small caseload. In addition, the Clinical Coordinator provides staff supervision. Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services related field with five (5) years of experience working in a related field or;
- Master's degree in a human services field (MSW preferred) with two (2) years' working experience with target population (i.e. adult homeless/ mentally ill/ MICA/ substance abuse)
Supervisory experience required. Candidate must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and must have good computer skills.
