- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of RBT's
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional development and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to develop treatment plans and interventions for clients
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided by staff members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Stay current on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or pediatric setting
- Strong background in social work, addiction counseling, or applied behavior analysis
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable
- Knowledge of ASD / ID care and trauma-informed approaches is a plus
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
