Description
We are a fast pace family business with a lot of contracts in both Glendora and Rancho Cucamonga. We have part-time and full time positions for all levels of education prioritizing work life balance: non-bachelor's degree, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, and master's degree. Gain experience and supervision hours while providing 1:1 services to individuals and families with intellectual developmental and autism disabilities. We provide LMFT or BCBA supervision hours to interns with a 6 month commitment. Duties: - Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of RBT's - Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional development and ensure adherence to best practices - Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to develop treatment plans and interventions for clients - Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided by staff members - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA guidelines - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes - Provide crisis intervention and support as needed - Stay current on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field Experience: - Minimum of 6 months of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or pediatric setting - Strong background in social work, addiction counseling, or applied behavior analysis - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable - Knowledge of ASD / ID care and trauma-informed approaches is a plus - Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques Skills: - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and provide constructive feedback - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies
