KEES has been exclusively retained by Counseling Center of the North Shore in its search for an Executive Director. CCNS Executive Director

CCNS seeks its next Executive Director to embrace its mission and lead the organization into the future. The Executive Director will be responsible for the leadership and management of the organization with a dual focus on the external (resource development, community engagement, and partnerships) and internal (fiscal management, team leadership.) The successful candidate, with the Board of Directors, will bring a strategic focus on sustainability and growth to the organization’s impact and mission delivery.

A visible presence within the community, the successful candidate will promote the CCNS brand, and form new relationships with various stakeholders. The next leader will be a passionate and empathetic advocate, vision-oriented, and a connector of resources supporting Mental Health.

Some specific requirements include:
•        A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership and management, with documented ability to manage staff and lead teams. Nonprofit experience is a plus.   
•        Experience with managing and growing a diverse revenue stream, including elements of both earned and contributed income.
•        Retail experience is preferred.
•        Bachelors degree is required.

Compensation for this position has recently been benchmarked by CCNS and KEES and is in the fair market range. This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience, and benefits.
