Description
What You'll Do
We have Social Worker/Therapist openings in our Elkhart Addictions Program. Duties include:
• Complete comprehensive assessments including risk and trauma
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment models
• Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources and /or other providers in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner

Skills
Requirements:
• LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC-A eligible
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC preferred. LCAC highly recommended.
• Those willing to set a flexible schedule that includes some evening hours.
• Bilingual clinicians whenever available
• Those who love working in a supportive team environment
